The RBC Canadian Open is one of Canada’s largest and most complex live sporting events. Since 2022, Marigolds & Onions has delivered the entire on-site food and beverage operation – from public concessions to premium hospitality and on-course activations.
More than 130,000 guests are served across a fully temporary, outdoor infrastructure built specifically for the tournament. This is not a single stand. It is a city that appears, performs, and disappears on schedule.

M&O builds and operates complete catering kitchen compounds from the ground up. Temporary kitchens, service tents, storage, utilities, logistics routes, and service flow are designed, installed, and managed by our team.
We are responsible for sourcing and managing all rentals, staffing, menus, vendor partnerships, and food supply chains across the site. Operations run in real time, through changing weather conditions, fluctuating volumes, and the pressures of a globally televised PGA Tour event.
In 2024, the tournament saw a 29% increase in concession sales and an 18% increase in hospitality revenue, alongside sold-out Pro-Am experiences – a reflection of both growing demand and disciplined execution at scale.
